A Brief Introduction to China Commercial Real Estate Commission

China Commercial Real Estate Commission (CCREC) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, jointly established in March, 2008 by China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (CRECC) and Tsinghua University, on the basis of mutual resource advantages. As a strategic resource platform, CCERC aims to integrate resources, offer professional services and commercial opportunities for organizations involved in Chinese Commercial Real Estate Industry. Service fields include information provision, commercial site selection analysis, commercial area analysis, technique support, architecture and design, industry research, industry data and analysis report, training programs, domestic and abroad on-the-spot investigation, marketing, brand recommendation, retailing research and consulting service coving all aspects above. Key members consist of leading Chinese commercial real estate developers, commercial real estate investors and commercial real estate operators.

To be an authority for professional training coving all commercial real estate fields, from land exploitation, site selection, project positioning, architecture and design, merchants recruitment and lease to commercial operation;

CCREC aims to provide one-stop, value-added service for its core members by creating Chinese Annual Commercial Real Estate Convention and setting up five alliances. These five alliances are:

Policy alliance: building a communication channel with government at different levels in order to timely analyze governments’ position for Commercial Real Estate Industry. The policy alliance intends to offer strategic decision support for core members by predicting the change in currently-employed policies and evaluating the influence of newly-made policies.

Finance alliance: establishing multi-financing channels through effective communication and constructive cooperation with financial institutes at home and abroad, especially Chinese financial authorities. Under the guidance of Chinese financial authorities and with the help of domestic and foreign financial institutes, the alliance will be a footstone on which suggestions can be submitted to the legislature for the improvement and perfection of real estate fund law and related supporting regulations. The alliance is aimed at promoting the innovation and development of Chinese financial system and financial products through the attempt to establish the First Chinese Commercial Real Estate Fund by private placement.

Brand alliance: maintaining long-term strategic cooperative relationship with related chamber of commerce, commercial organizations and retailing brands around the world in order to provide differentiated value-added service by recommending international advantaged experience, management skills, commercial operation patterns and brand resources for core members.

Expertise alliance: providing customized service for core members by an alliance consisting of excellent organizations in different fields of designing, marketing, commercial management and consultancy, and outstanding specialists.

Media alliance: maintaining long-term strategic cooperative relationship with international media and research institutes to build a platform for oversea organizations to understand Chinese economic outlook and find business opportunities, as well as to introduce beneficial information, professional books and research outcomes and international benchmark for Chinese Commercial Real Estate Operators, and to publish magazines and books.

President Profile Top↑

After graduated from Changchun Taxation College in 1984, Zhu, Lingbo, majoring in Finance, worked for the state-owned commercial banks for six years.

From 1990 to 2002, Zhu, Lingbo worked as IFO or Vice General Manager for different financial and investment institutions in Dalian, Shenzhen and Beijing.

In 2002, Zhu, Lingbo was the Chief Consultant of Tsinghua University’s training program----“Tsinghua—Harvard Globalization of Cities and Real Estate Operators UEO”.

In January, 2003, as one of founding partners of the First Chinese Real Estate (Hong Kong) Investment Management Co., Ltd, Zhu, Lingbo was in charge of laying out the standard and scheme of the First Chinese Real Estate Fund.

In June, 2006, Zhu, Lingbo held as Chief Expert of “International Commercial Real Estate Operator (CREO)” training and research series, launched by Tsinghua University and First Golden Orange Real Estate Consulting (Beijing)Co., Ltd. Simultaneously, Zhu, Lingbo was elected the Board Chairman of First Golden Orange Real Estate Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Since February, 2008, Zhu, Lingbo has assumed the President of China Commercial Real Estate Commission.

AS a thoughtful expert in Commercial Real Estate Industry, Zhu, Lingbo has published more than one hundred articles and has been editing a collecting of his insights into China’s Commercial Real Estate.
